- The SBA Basic 7(a) Loan Program, which provides eligible borrowers loans for starting, acquiring and expanding a small business. This type of loan is the most basic and the most used SBA business loan program.
- The SBA Certified Development Company (CDC) 504 Loan Program, which provides growing or new businesses with long-term, fixed-rate financing for real estate and major fixed assets purchase.
- The USDA B & I Loan Program, which is primarily used to help borrowers in qualified rural areas to obtain financing.

Meet our SBA professionals
Ken L. Kovach
Ken L. Kovach is Vice President, Business Development Officer in our SBA Lending group, handling 7(a) and 504 loans, and specializing in commercial real estate purchases and refinances, start-up franchises and ground up construction. In 2013 Ken was Atlantic Coast Bank’s top SBA loan producer. He has been with the Bank since 2010, and has served as a lending officer with several major banks over the last 20 years. Ken has a degree in Finance from Florida State University.
