Cash Management Advisor- Tampa, FL

Primary Contacts:

This position will have interaction with all levels of bank employees, to include senior management. This position also has contact with existing customers, as well as prospects and business leaders within the community and with Industry experts.

Position Summary:

The Cash Management Client Advisor achieves sales goals by individual production in conjunction with multiple Commercial Relationship managers.  Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will enable the bank to attract new customers and retain and expand current customer relationships with the use of treasury and cash management services and products.  Analyzes and prepares written proposals for prospective customers.  Cultivates prospective business opportunities and expands existing relationships. Educates prospects, current customers and bankers on treasury services and helps them successfully implement these products and services. Responsible for in-depth expertise, including new trends and developments in the industry.  Identities new prospect and revenue opportunities.  Coordinates with related departments to establish and adhere to appropriate policies, procedures and processes.

Education

  • College degree or equivalent training experience is required.
  • Secondary education a plus.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years or more in a sales position within a financial institution.
  • 3 to 5 years treasury management experience preferred.
Commercial Loan Administrator, Jacksonville, FL

The ideal Commercial Loan Administrator will Model the Way and Lead by Example and will also interact with various external parties such as other financial institutions, attorneys, appraisers, title companies, etc. This position has extensive contact with Commercial Loan Officers, Small Business Bankers and other lending personnel as well as occasional contact with customers directly. This position will also ensures loan closings do not occur without proper and complete due diligence to protect the bank’s interest against loss from non-perfected security interests, inaccurate loan to value and other applicable risks.

Properly conducts post-closing compliance including boarding loan information into the core operating system, setting up proper payment and interest parameters and following up on title policies and other recordings to ensure the loan has been closed and perfected according to the approval. Provides timely completion of due diligence to prevent the Bank from losing loans and customers due to inefficient closing processes.

Responds timely and accurately to loan officers and customers regarding payments, documentation needs, payoffs and any other normal inquiries needed to conduct business. Prepares accurately all loan documentation in accordance with the submitted approval. Follows to the letter all applicable policies and guidelines to ensure a satisfactory review by the Bank’s internal and external auditors.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will prepare and ensure credit packages are factually correct, complete, and easily interpreted by approving committees to allow the best informed decision to be made regarding risk and profitability. This position will conduct annual reviews of credits to ensure proper risk rating and early identification of problem credits.  Manages a portfolio of customers and solicits incremental business or fashions workout plans.

The ideal Customer Care Representative will Model the Way and Lead by Example and is primarily responsible for responding to incoming customer phone calls regarding account inquiries, requests, or problems, setting up tele-transfer and direct deposit account capabilities, providing information about and cross-sells products and services; refers customers to other bank and investment departments for additional services.   • Position Summary:

The ideal Personal Banker will Model the Way and Lead by Example and will have sales responsibility in driving new business for the banking center, increasing and maintain deposit accounts as well as partnering with other lines of business to increase overall increased customer base.  The Personal Banker will be required to make calls within community to find new prospects as well as help cross sell existing customers.

This position will also be required to support the banking center by working as a teller.  They will also keep in touch with existing customers by providing the highest level of personal service, assisting with their accounts and problem solving.

The Personal Banker is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding sales goals, opening new deposit and loan accounts and referring customers to LOB (Line of Business) partners, such as Mortgage Originators, to ensure the needs of the customer are met. They will also work with managers to lead in business development around financial center market.

This position will have some interaction with all employees of his or her branch. This position provides basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures, assist customers with banking needs by providing a high level of service.  This position will have sales goals to help meet Sales Center goals that will include cross selling bank products.

Promotes and informs customers of the bank’s products and services following the customer centered referral process. Be positive first contact for branch customers demonstrating the company’s commitment to the customer centered attitude. Balances daily transactions and reports discrepancies to the head teller. Develop and stay current on products, policies and procedures related to teller and vault transactions. Jointly with supervisor creates and follows a personal development plan.
