Cash Management Advisor- Tampa, FL

Primary Contacts:

This position will have interaction with all levels of bank employees, to include senior management. This position also has contact with existing customers, as well as prospects and business leaders within the community and with Industry experts.

Position Summary:

The Cash Management Client Advisor achieves sales goals by individual production in conjunction with multiple Commercial Relationship managers.  Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will enable the bank to attract new customers and retain and expand current customer relationships with the use of treasury and cash management services and products.  Analyzes and prepares written proposals for prospective customers.  Cultivates prospective business opportunities and expands existing relationships. Educates prospects, current customers and bankers on treasury services and helps them successfully implement these products and services. Responsible for in-depth expertise, including new trends and developments in the industry.  Identities new prospect and revenue opportunities.  Coordinates with related departments to establish and adhere to appropriate policies, procedures and processes.

Education

  • College degree or equivalent training experience is required.
  • Secondary education a plus.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years or more in a sales position within a financial institution.
  • 3 to 5 years treasury management experience preferred.
Commercial Loan Administrator, Jacksonville, FL

The ideal Commercial Loan Administrator will Model the Way and Lead by Example and will also interact with various external parties such as other financial institutions, attorneys, appraisers, title companies, etc. This position has extensive contact with Commercial Loan Officers, Small Business Bankers and other lending personnel as well as occasional contact with customers directly. This position will also ensures loan closings do not occur without proper and complete due diligence to protect the bank’s interest against loss from non-perfected security interests, inaccurate loan to value and other applicable risks.

Properly conducts post-closing compliance including boarding loan information into the core operating system, setting up proper payment and interest parameters and following up on title policies and other recordings to ensure the loan has been closed and perfected according to the approval. Provides timely completion of due diligence to prevent the Bank from losing loans and customers due to inefficient closing processes.

Responds timely and accurately to loan officers and customers regarding payments, documentation needs, payoffs and any other normal inquiries needed to conduct business. Prepares accurately all loan documentation in accordance with the submitted approval. Follows to the letter all applicable policies and guidelines to ensure a satisfactory review by the Bank’s internal and external auditors.

  • Position Summary:
  • The Oracle Database Administrator will maintain Oracle database integrity for OSI core banking system; monitor database status, performance, and maintain for maximum efficiency; monitor computer system to ensure the system is available and performing as required; process various posting programs and reports; process daily, end-of-day and end-of-month schedules as required; perform system exports / imports; assist staff with questions and or problems related to the in-house software/hardware system.

The ideal Head Teller will Model the Way and Lead by Example and will interact primarily with bank customers. This position will have some interaction with all employees of his or her branch.  The Head Teller performs all teller functions as well as other duties requiring additional knowledge and experience, such as opening deposit accounts; oversees teller activities, maintains records of vault, automated teller machines and teller station cash balances, and oversees currency accounts.

Help Desk Technician- Jacksonville, FL

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Help Desk Technician’s role is to demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. In addition to those duties, the HD Technician should have a strong technical understanding of the various hardware, software and networking systems being supported.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Operations and Security Manager- Jacksonville, FL

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • The IT Operations & Security Manager (ITOSM) manages, engineers, administers and maintains information technology systems.
  • Provides IT operations functions to Atlantic Coast Bank branches, and headquarters building, for the organization’s standard hardware, software and voice/data network solutions.
  • Responsible for the purchase, installation, and life-cycle maintenance of PCs, servers and LAN network connectivity equipment.
  • Responsible for vendor vetting, RFPs, selection and monitoring Service Level Agreements.
  • As appropriate, provides escalated on-site support of hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
  • Acts as the primary point of communication between Technology Department and operating, business and functional units.
  • Performs local administration and operations functions as appropriate in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
  • The position is supervised by the VP of Technology and will have 2-3 direct reports.
  • The ITOSM may coordinate and direct the activities of staff (key users) in cross-organizational and cross-functional teams.

DUTIES

  • Provides strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning to offices and staff in multiple operating, business and functional units.
  • Responsible for local inventory maintenance and software license management.
  • Monitors security compliance in accordance with Atlantic Coast Bank standards, policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintenance of systems documentation.
  • Serves as the technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders and office key users for Technology Department communications, initiatives, needs assessments, etc.
  • Responsible for procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software (includes PCs, peripherals, servers, networking equipment, operating systems and other software)
  • Provides escalated technical support that requires an on-site presence (server, NAS, network or PC equipment failure), including data backup recovery. Performs complex software/hardware troubleshooting, patches and re-installations in cooperation with the Enterprise Helpdesk and in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Provides consulting/training/education services such as data management and staff training/orientation for standard systems.
  • Serves as the IT point of contact and accountable for the IT portion of new office setups, office expansions, etc. This includes relocation and/or installation of voice/data communications solutions, LAN and PC equipment.
  • Responsible for local IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management.
  • Performs appropriate duties associated with division and project-based activities.
  • Participates in the identification, development and communication of new technology standards and best practices as appropriate.
  • Responsible for monitoring data backups in offices to ensure that they are completed on a regular basis.
