Changes Affecting Your Overdraft Protection

What is Atlantic Coast Bank doing in Response to these Changes?
As your trusted financial advisor, we want you to be well informed about the changes that have occurred to overdraft protection. We are taking responsibility to make sure those customers who want this service opt-in to the program, and those who don’t want it, don’t have it. It’s that simple!

You Should Have Received At Least One Of These Communication Peices*

  1. Federal Reserve Bank Mandatory Letter – An explanation of the regulatory changes and opportunity to Opt-in for those who choose this service.
  2. Federal Reserve Bank Confirmation Letter – A letter will be sent to confirm the choice made.
  3. Emails and Automated Phone Calls – Follow-up emails and or phone calls will be made to those not responding.

* Separate communications are required for each account, so you may receive multiple copies of each communication if you have more than one account.
