You can then login to your Prewards dashboard at any time to
view and manage your offers and redemptions. Plus, new offers
will appear twice a week!
To redeem a Preward, all you have to do is shop at the
participating merchants' respective in-store and/or online
locations using your Atlantic Coast Bank debit card. Please note
that each individual Preward has its own specific terms of use.
Here are a few things to know when shopping:
The person at the merchant checkout will not necessarily know that there is a discount associated with your purchase, but rest assured that your Preward will be redeemed. Your transaction will be processed for the original amount at the time of purchase. A separate credit for the savings amount will then be posted to your Atlantic Coast Bank account within one business day. If you provide your cell phone number during the enrollment process, the Preward system can even send you a text message to let you know your Preward was redeemed!
