Assistance for First-Time Homebuyers!
Atlantic
Coast Bank is proud to participate in the First-Time Homebuyer
Program (FHP) to help support local home sales. The program
offers funds for the down-payment and closing costs of
eligible first-time homebuyers in
North Florida
and South Georgia.
If you are a first-time homebuyer, you may be eligible to
receive up to $7,500 via this program.
FHP Program Eligibility
Requirements include:

Program only available to first-time homebuyers.

Program participants must complete a homebuyers’
counseling program to receive funds.

Homebuyers must contribute a minimum of $500 toward the
transaction. (To receive the maximum contribution, the
homebuyer must contribute at least $1,500.)

Home purchased must be owner-occupied for a minimum of 5
years*.
