What is Business Deposit Capture?
Using web-based software
and specified check scanning equipment, you can make check deposits to your
Atlantic Coast Bank account from your business location. The web-based
software transmits the check image you create to the bank. This provides an
efficient way to reduce the administrative costs associated with making your
check deposits at one of our branch locations.
How much does it cost?
Please note that there is a one time setup fee
and monthly fee associated with this service.

You will be required to obtain a Canon CR-25/CR-55, Panini VisionX/My Vision,
or any CTS scanner. You may
purchase or lease this equipment from any retailer. For your convenience, we
can recommend a retailer when you apply for Business Deposit Capture.
NOTE: Digital Check scanners are accepted, but may not be available through
our recommended retailer.

What are the qualifications?
Computer
Requirements
Run
the System Requirements Test at

to see if your PC meets the requirements. If you receive a “Fail,” seek
assistance from your usual Information Technology resource.
Application
You will be required to
complete a credit application and risk assessment questionnaire. You may be
asked to provide financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, and
etcetera. We will use this information for approval and to determine your
daily deposit limit.
Agreement
You will be asked to review
and sign an agreement for this product.
