Mortgage Loan Closer - Jacksonville, FL
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing approved mortgage loans to determine conditions that must be met prior to closing. The candidate will prepare documents for delivery to appropriate parties for closing. The candidate will be responsible for post-closing new mortgages. High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years closing / post-closing experience required Calyx Point and/or Encompass360 experience a plus. Secondary Market investor closing packages experience a plus. DocMagic document preparation software experience a plus.
