The ideal
candidate must be relationship focused and experienced in
financial planning concepts in order to provide investment and
insurance alternatives to our clients. The candidates we seek are
coach able, true self starters with a client service orientation,
with a demonstrated sales ability. Minimum three years working
with individual and small business clients, insurance and
securities licenses (preferably S7), knowledge of insurance and
securities products and concepts.
Mortgage Loan Closer - Jacksonville, FL
The
ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing approved
mortgage loans to determine conditions that must be met prior
to closing. The candidate will prepare documents for delivery
to appropriate parties for closing. The candidate will be
responsible for post-closing new mortgages. High School
diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years closing /
post-closing experience required Calyx Point and/or
Encompass360 experience a plus. Secondary Market investor
closing packages experience a plus. DocMagic document
preparation software experience a plus.

Originator
The ideal
candidate will develop business w/realtors, financial
planners, CPA's and bank customers. Must have proven
successful sales experience in the mortgage industry, strong
communication, customer service and organizational skills in a
fast paced environment. Two years origination experience
required. High school diploma required.
